Live movement classes will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11 am CST. Live workshops and discussion groups will meet on Thursday at 11 am CST.
Once you are a studio member, a zoom link will be emailed to you for each upcoming class.
No problem! We will email recording links to you within 48 hours of class. Links will be available to view for seven days.
We get it! You could attend live sessions and switch off your camera or do the class on your own later with the recording.
