I’m a professional harpist who’s struggled with pain, burnout, seclusion, and frustration in the music industry. After spending many years confused and hopeless, I now have the knowledge and tools to overcome my challenges and to play with freedom and joy. I’m fired up to help other musicians build resilience and achieve confidence, even if they feel like they’ve tried so many other solutions.
I’ve developed a plan for musicians to help them identify and address the many factors that are contributing to their physical limitations – and help them find joy and resilience in playing again.
