The exercises that Sarah gave me were definitely challenging but not unbearably so; every session, she would increase the intensity of the workout. The diversity of exercises Sarah put together as well as her constant encouragement during the workouts helped me become more confident and enjoy working out so much more than when I have worked out on my own in the past.
Doing exercises that increased the range of flexibility in my wrists also saw a decline in my wrist pain, which was what had been preventing me from playing my harp as much as I would have liked to in the past.
To any musician who is struggling with any pain in relation to their performance capabilities, and to anyone who just feels overwhelmed and stressed out in life, I definitely recommend this course as a full, fun, and renewing way to be able to approach your instrument with more confidence, less pain, and less stress.
